Cuddle Party/Playshop on Touch
A Cuddle Party is a workshop done with lots of humor - more playshop than workshop - and is an event for adults to get together and explore affectionate touch, boundaries, and communication. Learn to love your divine essence and delight in the temple that is your body. 3 sessions explore energies connecting body, mind, spirit including the healing powers of sexuality and sensuality. For women only. 6:30-9:00 pm. $99.

Sexual Fitness for Men and Women
Learn how stronger abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor muscles contribute to improved sexual response, higher energy and greater happiness in relationships. One session, $35. 6:30-9:00 p.m.

Sacred Saturdays
Held every other month on a Saturday evening (in 2007).
Sacred Saturdays are opportunities to connect with ourselves and each other in a place of presence, awareness, and aliveness. Surrounded by beautiful temple space created for this occasion, and nourished by the presence of like-minded people, you are invited to an evening of conscious communication, sacred celebration, dancing and fun. Moving meditation and grounding starts at 7:30, followed by a sharing circle, a short presentation on Tantra, and group dancing for the rest of the evening. People new to Tantra are invited to an optional presentation, "An Introduction to Tantra" from 7:00-7:30 p.m.

Winter Solstice Celebration - Chant, Drum, and Dance
Friday, December 21, 7:30pm-late
We hope you'll join us to celebrate the season by honoring this time of darkness and light, transformation and rebirth with sacred song, ancient rhythms, and joyful movements! This celebration at the One Yoga center (2100B Lyndale Ave S in Minneapolis) goes from 7:30 to 9:30, and costs $20.

Following that, everyone is invited to Ms. LaVie's place to socialize over a little wine and cider. When we feel called, we will go into the backyard and create a ritual over a fire in the new firepit. You can bring for burning in the fire any writings, etc. that you wish to burn in the fire to let go of for moving into the New Year, or anything that you wish to release to the Universe in hope of manifesting in the New Year. There will also be paper available so that you can create those things just before the fire begins.

The ritual will focus on the energies of the Goddesses that are affecting this current Solstice and New Year and may end in a Spiral Dance! Any ideas you have for what you want to see in the ritual are welcome ahead of time or at the beginning of the ceremony.

Please bring drums and rattles and adorn yourself with festive clothing. Wear your boots to tromp in the snow in the backyard and wear a warm coat and gloves so that you can be outside for awhile. Any small snacks such as cheese and crackers or chips and dip are also appreciated. Our main drinks will be cranberry juice, hot cider and red wine.

Awakening Your Sexual Priestess
3 weekends, October-December 2007

Anyaa and Candessa

The priestess is the one who connects us to our sexual nature. Our inner sexual priestess connects our sexuality with the sacred, giving our sexual relationships more meaning and depth. In the environment of a safe, sacred circle of women, participants discover the joy and juiciness of the inner feminine fully expressing herself. Women who are firmly grounded on a spiritual path and who have taken the initial steps on their healing journeys come away rejuvenated and revitalized.

This course will be facilitated by Anyaa McAndrew, and will occur over the weekends of October 6-7, November 10-11, and December 8-9. Ms. LaVie will hold an introductory session on September 29.

Sacred Sexuality Study Group
Held on 2nd Wednesdays each month (currently on hold)

The Sacred Sexuality Study Group is for anyone interested in learning more about sacred sexuality and tantra. This on-going group is designed to offer support to individuals and couples who want to incorporate sacred principles and activities into their daily lives and relationships. Each group will offer teachings on enhancing the sacred nature of sensuality and sexuality through such things as creating sacred space and ritual, practices to improve bodily health, breathing and moving life force energy, connecting to Spirit, divine dance, and much more. There will be home play exercises designed to bring teachings into everyday reality. Cost $15.

Female Ejaculation and the G-Spot with Deborah Sundahl

Kimala Kai, massage therapist, dancer, and movement instructor, will guide you to feel the sensuous joy of being fully alive in your body through movement, dance and guided imagery. Candessa Hadsall, educator, sex coach, counselor, and High Priestess, will share how to channel life force energy upward through your body to open your heart, revitalize your body and connect more deeply with the Divine Feminine.

Holistic Approach To Human Sexuality

Science and experience has proven that sexuality is a vastly complex and compelling aspect of being human. Every human is a sexual being and yet sexuality remains shrouded in mystery. So many things have transpired over the past 50 years and affected our perceptions of sexuality that a new paradigm is called for. This course will discuss sexuality as an integral component of human development, on the same scale as the mind, the body, the emotions and the spirit. It will explore how this new holistic paradigm brings sex back into connection with all the other aspects of our ourselves and our lives in a way that honors the power of our sexuality and emphasizes the importance of healthy sexual expression and sexual freedom.

When Romance Isn’t Enough……. Creating Sacred Space.

For millennia, some cultures have taught the cultivation of sexual love as an art, as a skillful spiritual practice. In the West, the separation of sexuality from the other aspects of self has resulted in alienation from Spirit, from partners, and from oneself. The sexual revolution brought about more freedom for sexual expression but lost the deeper meaning inherent in authentic sexual connection. This presentation will focus on how individuals and couples can open to their divine natures, bring more passion into their relationships, and reconnect with Spirit.
Fee $5 for non-members of TWMC, $3 for members.

Getting to Know Your Sexual Self
February, 2006
The introductory course is 4 weeks long and offered every month; size is limited to 10 people per class. An adjunct optional session included in the package teaches the art of journal writing for personal growth. The content of the introductory course allows students to talk about sexuality in a group setting. Following completion of this course, participants register for one or more of 5 additional foundational level classes covering such topics as Communication Skills, Boundaries and Self-Care. Classes are held in the evenings at a home in South Minneapolis. Cost for Feb series: $199. View more information.

People who have completed the Introductory Course may then choose course work from one or more tracks focusing on the ‘Loving Arts’. Each track lasts from 2-8 weeks and there must be a minimum of 6 interested people for a track to be scheduled. Tracks to choose from include The Art of Building Health Relationships, The Art of Sexual Healing, and The Art of Lovemaking, to name a few. Within each track there are three levels of classes that start by concentrating on the individual, move to focusing on partnerships, and end by exploring universal love and Spirit in relation to each Loving Art.
